Silence in the face of evil is itself evil:
God will not hold us guiltless.
Not to speak is to speak.
Not to act is to act.
Many of you have read my books, Bonhoeffer and Letter to the American Church, and have been moved to put your faith into action. My hope and prayer has always been that in times like now, with great uncertainty and turmoil in our nation, you’re modeling the same boldness Bonhoeffer had in the face of evil. The reality is that this path of courage can be lonely, tiring, and frustrating.
This is why I’m excited to share something NEW with you. We are calling it The Bonhoeffer Circle.
